Competition Terms and Conditions
On air / online competition terms and conditions.
Participants of all on air and/or online competitions must agree and adhere to the follow terms and conditions;
Winners must sign a release form before any prize(s) will be released to them. Upon signing the release form the winner(s) agree that they have read and understood the competition rules and they are eligible under the competition rules to receive their prize(s).
Employees of Liverpool live 24/7 media LTD, their immediate family, participating sponsors or their employees, their agencies and employees of any other radio stations in the North West are ineligible to participate.
Liverpool live 24/7 media LTD reserve the right to disqualify any contestant if the competition terms and conditions are not followed, contestant is found to be ineligible or the contestant has engaged in fraudulent activity.
All competition entrants acknowledge and agree that as a condition of entry that Liverpool live 24/7 media LTD, all organisations offering prizes, and participating sponsors will reserve the right to publicise and broadcast their name, likeness and/or voice.
Prizes are non-transferable, Prizes cannot:
Be transferred for other prizes
To other persons
Cannot be exchanged for cash
Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prizes to a prize of equal or greater value.
Liverpool live 24/7 media LTD reserve the right to where applicable add or amend competition rules where they or their sponsors see fit.
Any Prize winning contestant winning a prize or accumulation of prizes that have a value of £500 (five hundred GPB), may not win another competition/prize with a prize value of £500 (five hundred GPB) or higher from Liverpool live media LTD for a period of 12 (Twelve) months following the winning of the original prize. In the event a contestant does win a second prize, they keep the original prize however any additional prizes will be forfeited.
The on air / online competition terms and conditions are broad in nature and all participants and winners should be aware that from time to time Liverpool live 24/7 media LTD. reserves the right to establish competition terms and conditions that are bespoke to fit a particular competition. In a case of conflicting competition rules, the competition specific rules shall take precedence.
Liverpool live 24/7 media LTD. shall not be responsible or held liable for ineligible, late, lost or misdirected entries or for any telecommunication malfunction, including but not limited to any local or national telephone service provider, mobile telecommunications provider, or internet access provider including Liverpool live 24/7 media LTD.s internal telephone and/or internet systems.
Competitions are open to anyone over the age or 18 (Eighteen) years of age and must live on the UK mainland.
Only one entry per person unless otherwise stated, multiple entries per household accepted (adhering to above T&Cs).
All prizes must be collected in person from the station within seven days, during office hours (MON-FRI 09:00-17:00).
