Premier League football is back and episode 1 of the 2021/22 season sees reds; Terry and Phil joined by blues Judy and Pricey to talk all things Liverpool and Everton. The show opens with the blues discussing their pleasing 3-1 Victory at home to Southampton and how it felt being back at Goodison with a full capacity crowd. Conversation turns to Liverpool’s dominant 3-0 victory over The Canaries at Carrow Road. Terry and Phil muse over the brilliance of Mo Salah and express their delight at seeing Van Dijk back in the centre of defence alongside the promising Tsimikas who made his premier league debut at left back. Social media questions from the listeners see Judgy and Pricey talking formations and the status of Alex Iwobi, as well as discussing a particular loan signing from Chelsea. On the red side of things the lads discuss the transfer window and how the squad is shaping up relative to Liverpool’s rivals for the title this year. As always we feature “This Week in History,” taking both sets of supporters on a trip down memory lane, whilst this weeks quiz; “Who Am I?” provides the listeners a chance to pit their wits against our panelists. The show is closed out with Judgy and Pricey discussing Everton’s tricky upcoming fixture away to Leeds, whilst the reds look forward to this weekends early kick off, at Anfield, as Liverpool host Burnley.
